Skate 2 set to sell out in first week

It is almost time for one of the most anticipated games of 2009. Skate 2 is set to be released on January 29th 2009 and people are already eager to book their place on the front lines to get hold of their own copy.
The game includes double the amount of tricks and a brand new city for people to skate in. San Valenona is the newly constructed city in which people can skate and it is truly a skaters paradise. Additionally, the career mode has changed slightly where you can now pick up professional skaters and help them revive their careers and re-invigorate the dying skate scene. New clothes, accessories, decks, trucks and shoes are all available including Dakine Bags and even Nixon Watches for you completely customisable character. The game also features numerous different famous skaters such as Mike Caroll, Eric Koston, Terry Kennedy and Chris Haslam. There are numerous videos available to watch on the net which preview the game and its features. The intro movie to Skate 2 is brilliant as it is all the skaters in the game trying to escape prison which is really funny!
The first instalment of the game was an utter success with gamers across the globe. It completely revolutionised the way people play skating games and it was so much fun. The game was really designed for next generation consoles in mind and it uses the entire controller brilliantly. Both analogue sticks are required to perform tricks so it makes it as realistic as possible rather than Tony Hawk which are deemed as more of the fantasy 'you can do anything' skating game where anything is possible. Although that sounds good it is better to have the game more realistic and accurate to how skating actually is which is far more enjoyable for the player. It makes the game harder which then makes people want to play it even more so he can get better and doing the tricks.

Xbox 360 Video Games on Consoles and PCs

Microsoft’s Xbox 360 has a user base of millions of gamers. That figure alone should be enough to convince any skeptic that the console is fun to play. However, the only way to truly enjoy the system is to purchase Xbox 360 games for entertainment. While the console’s Internet, movie, and music capabilities add to the overall value of the system as a home entertainment console, the true backbone of the system lies in its game library. There are several niche markets for Xbox 360 video games, but the more popular ones are bound to entertain you without a doubt.

Only a Few Exclusives

The biggest problem for many gamers about the Xbox 360 is that it only has a few exclusive Xbox 360 video game titles. Big titles like Grand Theft Auto IV and Bioshock have all come out on different platforms. Exclusive titles like the Playstation 3’s Metal Gear Solid 4 are big reasons why gamers might choose one platform over another. A recent example of the effects of exclusive titles came with Square Enix’s announcement that their upcoming game Final Fantasy XIII will no longer be a Playstation 3 exclusive. As Final Fantasy XIII will now be coming out also as an Xbox 360 video game, many gamers who might have purchased a Playstation 3 may decide to go with the Xbox 360 instead.

Shooter fans are bound to love Halo 3 and Gears of War, while RPG gamers are not left out in the cold with Xbox 360 video games. The RPG enthusiast will find Fable 2 and Age of Conan to their liking. Other big titles like Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, and Bioshock will appeal to a large variety of players. To be able to play these games though, gamers will need an Xbox 360 game system. The current 20 Gb model is being sold at $300, while the new 60 Gb vesion will once again cost $350 (what the 20 Gb model cost until recently). With the system, gamers will be able to experience Xbox 360 video games in full HD 1080i (with support for 1080p). That’s the absolute best that gamers can ask for with the current generation of televisions, although computer monitors are capable of displaying slightly higher resolutions.

With so many Xbox 360 games already available and more coming out each year, gamers will find their experience with the Xbox 360 to always be exciting. All of the big genres are covered, even strategy games which have traditionally been a bastion of PC gaming. However, Microsoft develops both the Xbox platform and Windows, so gamers can expect a lot of crossover titles between the two platforms. For example, Xbox 360 games such as Bioshock, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and Gears of War all appear on the PC as well. This allows gamers with incredibly fast PCs to experience even more amazing graphics, which all gamers can have affordable gameplay with the Xbox 360 console.

One of the things that I’ve done to prevent my Xbox 360 from freezing up as often as it did is to let it “breathe” more. Well, you can certainly achieve this by not keeping your Xbox 360 in a closed cabinet while you’re playing, and put it some where that allows ventilation to cool the system better.

Other than that, the another cause I suspected on why my Xbox 360 keeps freezing up is the internal hardware that is malfunctioning. You’ll see it when this happens because your Xbox 360 will first freeze up and show you the 3 flashing red lights.

For this, you are now down with 2 choices, either you send your Xbox 360 back to Microsoft for a $140 fees plus 6 months of no gaming, or you can fix the Xbox 360 freezing up problem yourself. However, the electronics components of Xbox 360 are not as easy as you might thought it is, a single error could cost you the whole system.

Here’s the easy way to copy Nintendo Wii games from home

As you know, the Wii is an incredibly fantastic system that gives you a truly unique way of playing games.  It’s no wonder that lots of people want to copy Wii games as backups to keep them from being damaged.

Even though Wii games are on a disc that looks a lot like music CDs, you can’t just copy them the same way you would copy a music disc.  There’s more to it than that.  Today we’re going to tell you the basics of copying Wii games.

CD burning software can’t copy your Wii games the same way you’d burn a CD.  Roxio, Nero, and other music copying programs just can’t copy these disks.  That’s because of the copy protection on the game disc that keeps your computer from being able to read the data on the game disc.

Of course, like most copy protection, it wasn’t long before someone came up with a way around this.  There are programs out there that can bypass the copy guards that comes on a Wii disc.

Once you’ve installed this kind of software, making a copy of the game is super easy - your computer is suddenly able to read the data that it coudn’t understand before.  This makes it possible to copy all games for all systems, including the PS3, XBOX, and of course the Nintendo Wii.

After you’ve found and installed a game copying software to help you break the copyright guards, the program will copy the data on your game onto your hard drive.  Afterwards, all you need to do is put a blank disc into your disc drive, then instruct the program to copy the game onto the disc.

The game copying programs that are out there make it possible to copy Wii games with just the click of a few buttons. Now you know how to copy Wii games.  Have fun!

This is How You Can Copy xbox discs directly on your computer

When I think of the subject of how to copy xbox games, many people have questions about how it’s done. Most people are accustomed to making copies of their music discs, but they don’t know about copying their Xbox games.  This article is going to present to you the way to burn Xbox games.

We aren’t about to throw a bunch of technical or difficult instructions at you. It’s incredibly simple and it’s something that anybody can follow.

You might have asked yourself, can’t I use the same software I use to burn my music discs to produce copies of my Xbox games?  Sadly, the answer is no. It requires a program that’s more advanced on your computer.

All xbox games have some form of copyright guards on them. With it, it isn’t possible for your computer to make sense of the data on the disc, unless you have a specialized game copying program. When your PC can’t read the game disc, won’t be able to to copy the game.

You can find specific software programs produced by a few companies to make backups of video games. You just need to install the program, and afterwards your computer will then be able to get past the copyright guards on the disc. This lets you copy your Xbox games.

When you’ve downloaded and installed a program designed to do this, it’s easy to make copies whenever you want. The software makes it simple. All you do is put in the game, wait for your computer to copy the game data onto your hard drive, and then insert a blank disc and wait a few minutes for your computer to copy it back onto the CD.

Now, that might sound awfully simple, but that’s all you have to do!

If you have been curious about how to burn xbox games, hopefully this article has been helpful. Now that you see how easy it is, you can make copies of any Xbox disc you want!
